New, enhanced Chen is available at the PTR. He became stronger, much fatter and still can destroy Forts better than specialists, due to his ability to tank towers while drinking his brew. But will these changes go on Live servers?

Level 1

At the first level, we suggested to choose one option of basics Chens abilities. Each of these options is needed in different situations.

Grounding brew

We need protection from the Zagara, Jaina or any other burst? Grounding brew now offers 30% protection from spells instead of 25%.

Accumulation Flame

Need a waveclear at the Sanctuary or Braxis? Accumulation Flame allows to increase the power of fire, and upon completion of the quest Chen will start to get resistance for each of the affected hero.

Freshest ingredients

Almost the same as the Regeneration Master, only this time upon completion the quest, your shield strength will be 50% of obtained during drinking.

Elusive Brawler

By activating this ability, Chen will start avoid all the auto attacks of the enemy within 2 seconds.

Level 4

Deadly Strike

Now it no longer requires the brew and deals 100% more damage if you have shield on you. This is twice better than it was before! Now you can Crit someone in the face, then start drinking and after that crit again. The lack of cost of this spell will synergy perfectly with  Levels 7 ability Brewmasters Harmony.

Rising of fire

They just increase damage from this ability from 30 to 50, and this will give a huge advantage in team fights where every amount of damage can be lethal.

Level 7

Refreshing Elixir

This is a special version of the Empowered Healing accessible only by Chen. Bonus heal can be increased to 60% if you receive healing while drinking. Now, no one can kill a panda if he drink under Lt. Morales healing ray.

Bolder Flavor

Now our brew will momently apply a shield on us, that will absorb 697 damage and lasts only 1 second. Super usefull skill in team fight, will allow us to absorb even more damage then before!

Level 13

Withering Flames

Reduces magic damage done by your enemies by 25% for 3 seconds. It looks like a small spell shield that will protect the rest of my team, not just me. Wait, but it is generally legitimate?

Pressure Point

Vulnerable point received an upgrade. What upgrade? Now, you can take it by 3 level earlier! Now the target is slowed down by 40% if you just use a skill, and by 80% if you use it on the targets that drenched with your brew.

Level 16

Flying Leap

Flying leap increases the range of the attack by 20%, which will be usefull in the game against range heroes, also these 20% may be salutary in the escape.

Another Round

Another Round reduces the cooldown of your abilities for 3 seconds after using Barrel Strike. Also (probably a bug) your barrel becomes huge. You can hit the entire enemy team immediately.

Level 20

Untapped Potential

Now it will give an additional speed and damage reduce to your barrel, and now you can roll under towers. Cool.

Elemental Conduit

Increase health pool of your spirits by 100%, and they will have additional abilities. Storm makes you unstopable, Earth get faster recharge of Leap, and Fire starts to strike faster.

Purifying Brew

Make Chen an unstopable and reduce cc time of next spell by 75% and refresh your shield recharge immediately.

Why Blizzard never reduce amount of heal in HotS?

Many people believe that until the healers do so large values of healing in Heroes of the Storm, the role of support will never get a large number of skills that are able to turn the game and allow players of this role to shine in a new light. This has caused “a certain number” of players start to avoid positions of healer. So why Blizzard does not want to cut healing and compensate that by giving to the supporters some really important spells?

Why this game have so much healing?

To answer this question we need to ask ourselves what makes Heroes of the Storm – the game as we know it. We will tell you that this is a common lvl of characters, talents instead of gold and items, short matches time and the presence of unique objects on a map – all this is the main difference from the other MOBA games. Reducing healing abilities and adding gamechanging abilities threatens several of the components above.

Amount of Damage

I think nobody will be surprised that the assassin and specialists are able to put a ton of damage, due to the fact that the healer classes have much greater potential to preserve the life of an ally. If damage dealer has slightly less damage, at the present healing level, the probability of death of one of the teammates would be greatly diminished. On the other hand, a decrease in healing abilities will lead to an increased number of deaths, most players will have to return to base in order to restore health and teamfightes will become much shorter.

All this makes the fight for the map object much more complex. And this is one of the biggest distinguishing features of Heroes of the Storm. But what if you reduce the damage of assassins and specialists in proportion to heal? Reduction of damage will lead to increased average time of the match, because it will be more difficult to break the enemy’s throne.


But none of this means that Blizzard will not make a support more fun for the players. I’m sure they are going to release the new healers that will be significantly different from those that already available in the game, and maybe they will affect the Meta so much as none of us expect.

How to gang, and how to avoid them

Dehaka – unique tank that has teleport as his base ability. What makes Dehakas ability even more unique thats it is can teleport only in the bushes. This element makes it more powerful on maps with shrubs in strategic locations. Unfortunately, every ability have a negative elements. He does not have usual mount, and if he wants to go anywhere without digging, then he would have to go all the way on foot.

Without further ranting let’s get straight to the point!

Smart Hunter

Dehaka is the best ganker of all heroes with the global teleport. Gank – is the transition from his line at the other, the one where there is an enemy hero, which will be easy to kill. The actual gameplay of this zerg will push you to make a gank.

Firstly, he has a great stun. The one who you catch with your tongue and pull to your team mates will be definitely dead, especially if your allies are aware of the impending attack.

Second, the “bush” Mechanics (Z) of Dehaka just made for ganks. Due to the fact that you can only move in the bushes, you will be initially invisible to the opponents. This ability can be used to engage in unusual positions, such strategy helps to catch the enemy off guard. In addition, it will be much harder to hide behind the creeps, which will increase the percentage of accuracy of your tongue.


Dehaka is incredibly strong against Abathur and Lost Vikings. When all team mates fight for the map objective, Abathur usually soak exp with his unarmored body. He just sit in the bushes near creeps. And right here Dehaka can easily kill him, if he can hit him with his tongue. Same story with Lost Vikings, but unfortunately Dehaka can kill only one of them.



Some people may look at Dehaka and think that he, with his standart movement speed, just can not escape from anyone. Let me say that this is a BIG mistake.


Digging may be used as escape in any situation.

Just imagine: You stay in the middle of a fight, when you realize that it turnes not on your side. Your support is dead, mages already retreated and you stand all alone against whole enemy team. In this moment you must as fast as possible use your digging ability to run at the opposite point on the map. Any bushes will be ok. You may even dig right to the enemy base, and then leave with teleport (b). These tactic will be useful almost in every fight. But firstly, be sure that enemies set cd on all theirs stuns.

In all other cases try to dig  into some profitable places. Line where you can soak exp, or map objective. Just ask yourself: Where i will be useful right now?

Dehaka – Digging Tips


This article provides tips on improving skills of Digging. He is one of the Star Craft II characters, that possessing the ability to quickly move around the map. Other examples of heroes with about the same capacity can be called Falstad, Brightwing and Abathur.

Experience Soak

The ability to gather experience from the free line is one of the main advantages of the characters with a global presence. This advice does not apply only to Dehaka. Experience is very important in HotS, especially when you go out on a high level of play. Each pack creeps can be decisive, if you soak experience from it, and enemies do not. It is important to remember this, because if you are overtaking enemies by 1 level, then it could turn into an advantage in talent, and it allows you to completely control the game.

The best way to use a global presence on the map for the sake of collecting experience will be a simple delay before sending it to the map point. The farther away the object from the line at which you stand, the greater the benefits will derive. When you stay on the lane you are forcing the enemy to choose between staying with you and collect the same amount of EXP, or go away and give you opportunity to go ahead on the level. It is in any case a losing situation for your opponents.

Dehaka and Kerrigan

If the enemy decides to just leave the line and go to the site, you will collect a minimum of one free pack of creeps. This already gives a slight advantage to your team. Also it will help your creeps and they can do a little more siege damage. If the enemy decides to stay and collect the Exp, then you can use the digging for the rapid withdrawal from the line and fight for the object. This will allow your team to battle to the numerical advantage, make a couple Kills and pick up the object.


With such a strong ability to dig at any point on the map, some may think that they should use it on cd. Especially given the fact that Dehaka very slow. When you run on line, sometimes it seems that you are watching the game in spectator mode. But believe me, digging should be reserved.

Going on line without digging will allow you to save your allies from the first minute of the match. If you use your (Z) on the cd it will be difficult to use it on right situations. If your team does not need you right now, then save your (Z) and continue to collect the Exp.

Another important point that should know is that the digging can not be undone. Once you have chosen a place where to “teleport” your character is no longer obey your commands and starts digging.

Four months have passed since the contender for Activision for the MOBA market, Heroes of the Storm was released.  And in June, we talked to: “Can Blizzard’s Storm handle the MOBA market which is highly saturated?”  More accurate, as this exclusive and rapidly growing market begun to indicate some signs of saturation, we wondered as to whether Heroes was going to survive on the market or not, as the Activision team said that during E3, will be able to bring new players into the market?

Indeed, Heroes has become a crucial element for Activision, but not in the really to increased is amount of subscriber from the World of Warcraft franchise. At the moment, the major publishers are working hard to explore new channels of revenue as well as distribution models, having an active functioning digital topic is very imperative to keep not only the confidence of audiences but also financial analysts. After Hearthstone registered a massive success, some analyst in Wall are positive that Heroes will grow to that stature, hoping to earn revenues of around $200 million by an end of next year.

Perhaps noticing the indications, Electronic Arts had canceled development of its MOBA Dawngate, and in January of 2016, Turbine/Warner Bros. closed Infinite Crisis. At the moment, the major titles are gradually draining the life out of the petite titles trying to survive in the market.

According to a report published by Variety, the initial Heroes of the Dorm scored a .1 Nielsen rating, which would have been a bit lower than several programs that were showing that night. It did made many people talk about esports as well as heroes of the storm.

“This is a good thing for Heroes of the Storm, and an eye opener if not better for esports,” stated Jake Kulinski, who is a commentator at HotS as well as a Town Hall Heroes which is popular a webcast that talks about the game.

Sand Blast: Cooldown 3 sec. Manacost 20. Damage 406.

Extremely powerfull skill. If you predict movement of your enemy well you can deal a great damage to him.

2nd ability:

Chromie Dragons breath


Dragon’s Breath: Cooldown 14 sec. Manacost 70. Damage 458. 

Skill based ability that deal significant amount of damage. But if you cant predict your enemy movement it will be very hard to hit him with this spell.

3rd ability:

Chromie time trap


Time Trap: Cooldown 18 sec.

Trap that inflict Stasis to your enemy. This trap give you enough time to aim your spels  and almost garauntee that enemy dont survive your combo.

Special ability:



With this ability we leveled up faster than all. For example you will have Ultimate ability on 9 Level.


Heroic abilities:

Chromie Slowing Sands


Slowing Sands: Cooldown 5 sec. Manacost 2 per second.

Create a Vortex that slow your enemies. The longer it is active the more it slows (up to 60%).

Chromie Temporal loop


Temporal Loop: Cooldown 70 sec.

Choose an enemy hero, that after 3 second teleport back to the location where you cast your Ultimate.

Just great ulti that helps us perform our devastating combo.


Lvl 1:

  • Compounding Aether
    Reward: After hitting 25 Heroes with Sand Blast increase its damage by 100
  • Deep Breathing
    Quest: Every time Dragon’s Breath hits a Hero increase its damage by 2, up to 50.Reward: After hitting 25 Heroes, increase its damage by an additional 150 and also increase your sight radius by 100%.
  • Timewalker’s Pursuit
    Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe increases your Mana Regeneration by 0.1, up to 1.52.Reward: After gathering 15 Globes you also gain 5% Ability Power.
  • Peer Into The Future
    Activate to reveal the targeted area for 2 seconds. Enemies seen are revealed for 4 seconds.

Lvl 4:

  • Piercing Sands
    Sand Blast will now hit the first two Heroes in its path.
  • Bronze Talons
    Increases your Basic Attack range by 35%. Using Sand Blast increases the damage of your next Basic Attack by 250%.
  • Enveloping Assault
    Increases Dragon’s Breath’s radius by 25%.

Lvl 7:

  • Mobius Loop
    Reduces Dragon’s Breath’s Mana cost and cooldown by 50%, but also reduces its damage by 25%.
  • Dragon’s Eye
    Dragon’s Breath does 25% more damage to enemies in the center.
  • Chrono Sickness
    Reduce Time Trap’s cooldown and Mana cost by 50%. After the Stasis ends, the enemy is also slowed by 50% for 4 seconds.

Lvl 10:

  • Slowing Sands
    Place a sand vortex that greatly slows enemies inside it. The longer it is active the more it slows, up to 60% after 5 seconds.
  • Temporal Loop
    Choose an enemy Hero. After 3 seconds, they will teleport back to the location where you cast Temporal Loop on them.

Lvl 13

  • Bye Bye!
    Reduces the cast time of your Hearthstone by 75%, and it is not interrupted by taking damage.
  • Reaching through Time
    Increases Sand Blast and Dragon’s Breath’s range by 25%.
  • Time Out
    Activate to place yourself in Stasis and gain Invulnerability for up to 7 seconds. Can be reactivated to end the effect early.

Lvl 16:

  • Shifting Sands
    Hitting an enemy Hero with Sand Blast increases your Ability Power by 10% for the next 10 seconds. This bonus can be stacked up to 50%, and the duration is refreshed whenever you damage enemy Heroes with Sand Blast.
  • Fast Forward
    If Sand Blast travels at least 75% of its base distance and hits a Hero, its cooldown is reduced to 1 second.
  • Quantum Overdrive
    Activate to increase Ability Power by 25% for 10 seconds.

Lvl 20:

  • Pocket of Time
    Removes Slowing Sands Mana cost and increases the slow from 50% to 80%.
  • Loophole
    Temporal Loop hits all enemy Heroes near your initial target.
  • Past and Future Me
    After casting Sand Blast, leave an echo of yourself behind. The next time you cast Sand Blast, the echo also casts an untalented Sand Blast that does 40% damage.
  • Andorhal Anomaly
    You gain 3 charges of Time Trap, and can have 3 active at once. When your cooldown finishes, you gain 3 charges at once.


Our main goal as an Assassin is to quickly destroy every enemy hero one by one. To perform our goal we must max our spell power.

In team fight due to ours great range we must stay behind and attack enemies with spells. We must try to land every spell we cast because it deal great damage and stack our Spell Power.

Also we must protect ourselves and place a Time trap near. If we does this properly than we have enough time to flee from battleground and regroup with our comrades.

Our choice :

  • 1 – Compounding Aether or Timewalker’s Pursuit
  • 3 – Piercing Sands
  • 6 – Chrono Sickness
  • 9 – Slowing Sands or Temporal Loop 
  • 12 – Reaching through Time

Phase Prism: Cooldown 14 sec. Damage 69 .

Very usefull Skill based ability. In team fights If you hit an enemy with this he will be probably dead.

Special ability:


If you take damage while below 50% Health, gain a 984 (467 + 4% per level) point Shield for 5 seconds. Your Basic Attacks lower the cooldown of Shield Overload by 4 seconds.

Thats what makes our hero so strong. Our shields that recharge in a blink of an eye.



Heroic abilities:

Suppression Pulse: Cooldown 60 sec. Damage 270.

Best CC in game. Huge radius, Blinds enemies for 4 sec.

Artanis beam


Purifier Beam: Cooldown 90 sec. Resurrect hero with 50% of their Health.


Try using this on healers. It almost guarantee that he will ran away from the battlefield.


Lvl 1:

  • Reactive Parry
    Activating Twin Blades reduces the damage received from the next Hero Basic Attack by 75%. Can store up to 2 charges.
  • Amateur Opponent
    Twin Blades attacks deal 150% bonus damage versus non-Heroic enemies.
  • Seasoned Marksman
    Quest: Every Minion killed near you grants 0.2 Attack Damage, and Takedowns grant 0.5 Attack Damage, to a max of 40 damage.Reward: Upon gaining 40 bonus Attack Damage, you can also activate Seasoned Marksman to increase your Attack Speed by 30% for 3 seconds. 60 second cooldown.

Lvl 4:

  • Shield Battery
    Reduces Shield Overload’s cooldown by 8 seconds if it lasts for the full duration.
  • Lethal Alacrity
    Increases Blade Dash range and speed by 30%.
  • Chrono Surge
    Hitting an enemy Hero with Phase Prism grants 40% bonus Attack Speed for 4 seconds.
  • Templar’s Zeal
    Blade Dash cooldown recharges 100% faster while you are below 50% Health.

Lvl 7:

  • Warp Sickness
    Phase Prism also slows the enemy’s Movement Speed by 30% for 4 seconds.
  • Solarite Reaper
    Increases the damage of the first dash of Blade Dash by 150%.
  • Psionic Synergy
    Every time Blade Dash hits an enemy Hero, it reduces Shield Overload’s cooldown by 4 seconds.
  • Follow Through
    After using an ability, your next Basic Attack within 6 seconds deals 40% additional damage.

Lvl 10:

  • Suppression Pulse
    Fire a large area pulse from the Spear of Adun, dealing 250 damage and Blinding enemies for 4 seconds. Unlimited range.
  • Purifier Beam
    Target an enemy Hero with an orbital beam from the Spear of Adun, dealing 404 damage per second for 8 seconds. The beam will chase the target as they move. Unlimited range.

Lvl 13

  • Phase Bulwark
    When Shield Overload activates, you take 50% less damage from Abilities for 4 seconds.
  • Triple Strike
    Increases Twin Blades’s number of Basic Attacks to 3 but increase its cooldown by 1 second.
  • Graviton Vortex
    Phase Prism pulls and damages an additional enemy Hero near the first.
  • Burning Rage
    Deal 23 damage per second to nearby enemies.

Lvl 16:

  • Shield Surge
    Increases Shield Overload’s Shields by 100%, but decays to the normal amount over 3 seconds.
  • Zealot Charge
    Increase Twin Blades’ charge distance by 100%.
  • Titan Killer
    Twin Blades attacks against Heroes deal an additional 2.5% of the target’s maximum Health in damage.
  • Psionic Wound
    Twin Blades final strike causes enemy Heroes to become Vulnerable for 2 seconds, increasing all damage taken by 25%.

Lvl 20:

  • Orbital Bombardment
    Suppression Pulse gains an additional charge. There is a 10 second cooldown between uses.
  • Target Purified
    If the target of Purifier Beam dies, it automatically recasts on the nearest enemy Hero.
  • Force of Will
    Increases Shield Overload’s cooldown reduction from Basic Attacks to 6 seconds.
  • Nexus Blades
    Basic Attacks deal 20% more damage and slow enemy Movement Speed by 20% for 1 second.


Our goal – to take all the skills on the shield recharge. Since the 16 level have become almost invincible in teamfights. We will bring the maximum benefit to the team, if we can absorb as much damage as possible. Also, the longer we live the more damage we do.

Sacred Sweep: Cooldown 8 sec. Damage 80 and additional 160 to enemies in the center. 

Attacking ability that stack Bestow Hope. Always try to hit enemies with your central attack.

2nd ability:

Auriel Ray of heaven


Ray of Heaven: Cooldown 4 sec. Healing depends on your energy.

Heal all allies in short radius. This Heal consumes all your stored energy

3rd ability:

Auriel detainment strike

Detainment Strike: Cooldown 14 sec. Damage 100 damage, and additional 100 damage if they collide with terrain

Knockback an enemy to leave the battlefield.

Special ability:

Auriel do not have mana. With this ability, she store energy to use her healing spells.

Auriel Crystal aegis

Crystal Aegis: Cooldown 60 sec. Damage 270.

Best spell that save your ally and deal good damage to nearby enemies.

Auriel resurrect

Resurrect: Cooldown 90 sec. Resurrect hero with 50% of their Health.

It is channeled spell that makes it difficult to use.


Lvl 1:

  • Swift Sweep. Increases Sacred Sweep cast speed.
  • Increasing Clarity. Increases center damage by hitting heroes.
  • Righteous Assault. Hitting Heroes in the center reduces Sacred Sweep cooldown.
  • Searing Light. Ray of Heaven also damages enemies in the area.

Lvl 4:

  • Majestic Span. Increases Sacred Sweep radius.
  • Heavy Burden. Detainment Strike slows enemies after stun.
  • Repeated Offense. Increases damage when Heroes are stunned.

Lvl 7:

  • Bursting Light.Reduces the cooldown of Ray of Heaven.
  • Glimmer of Hope. Regen globes reduce Ray of Heaven energy cast.
  • Energized Card. Doubles stored from Basic Attacks.
  • Empathic Link. Allied damage taken grants energy.

Lvl 10:

  • Resurrect. Bring an allied Hero back to life.
  • Crystal Aegis. Put an allied Hero into a Stasis crystal that explodes.

Lvl 13

  • Blinding Flash. Sacred Sweep blind enemies in the center.
  • Converging Force. Sacred Sweep pushes enemies towards the center.
  • Piercing Lash. Detainment Strike hits all enemies in a line.
  • Repelling Strike. Detainment Strike knocks enemies away farther.

Lvl 16:

  • Reservoir of Hope. Increases maximum Ray of Heaven energy.
  • Will of Heaven. Bestow Hope ally gains Attack Speed.
  • Wrath of Heaven. Bestow Hope ally gains Ability Power.

Lvl 20:

  • Light Speed. Ressurected ally is fully healed and moves faster.
  • Diamond Resolve. Crystal Aegis grants allies a shield.
  • Angelic Flight. Allows Auriel to fly to a chosen location.
  • Shield of Hope. Shield nearby allies based on their messing health.

Hello and welcome to my review of the Gul’dan!

Gul'dan review

Gul’dan was born on Draenor, homeland of the Orcs, and was once a member of the mysterious Shadowmoon. Gul’dan was obsessed by lust for power, and concluded a secret alliance with the demons of the Burning Legion – a destructive force that had come from other worlds. Warlock drank demon blood and forever changed the destiny of his people. Containing blood demonic energy Gul’dan disfigured, she turned him into a monster.

Gul'dan Class

Assassins deal bursts of high damage, specializing in either single-target or multi-target abilities, but lack resilience. They thrive on the battlefield through hit-and-run tactics, carefully timed attacks, and by capitalizing on the perfect moment to engage or flee.

Recently, Gul’dan was released and now we will look at his basic abilities.

1st ability is:

Guldan Fel Falme

Fel Flame: Manacost: 75 . Cooldown 1.5 sec. Damage 200. 

It’s spam ability that flyes towards on short distance. We will use it as often as possible.

2nd ability:

Guldan Drain life

Drain Life: Manacost 0. Cooldown 10 sec. Damage 132. Healing 172.

Awesome ability that save your life more than once. This ability has 1 giant minus while you cast Drain Life you are immobilized.

3rd ability:

Guldan Corruption

Corruption: Manacost 90. Cooldown 16 sec. Damage 204 over 6 sec, effect stacks 3 times

Super dot if u can if you can get enemy wuth it at least 2 times

Special ability:

 Canonical warlock spell, consumes your Hp and transfers it into Mana



Heroic abilitys:


Guldan Horrify

Horrify: Manacost 90. Cooldown 80 sec. Damage 120, and cast Fear on enemies.

Very useful Crowd Control ability, Best for good team.

Guldan Rain of destruction

Horrify: Manacost 90. Cooldown 100 sec. Damage 165 per meteorite, Duration 7 sec.

Not the best choice, but it’s kinda funny.



Lvl 1:

  • Pursuit of Flame. When you hit 40 players with this ability your Fel Flame’s radius will be increased by 10%
  • Glyph of Drain Life. Increases the cast by 25%
  • Echoed corruption. When you hit 30 players with this ability your Corruption will strike at opposite direction after 3rd strike.
  • Chaotic energy. After gathering 20 regen globes your basic ability mana costs are permanently reduced by 20.

Lvl 4:

  • Health Funnel. Killing enemies with Drain life reduced its cooldown.
  • Improved life tap. Life tap restores more mana
  • Consume Soul. Instantly kill an enemy minion to heal.

Lvl 7:

  • Bound by Shadow. Fel flame hits reduce cooldown of corruption.
  • Devour the Frail. Drain Life deals more damage to weakened enemies.
  • Curse of Exhaustion. Corruption slows enemyMovement speed.
  • Hunger for power. Gain ability power but reduce healing received.

Lvl 10:

  • Horrify. Deals damage and fear Heroes.
  • Rain of Destruction. Summon a rain of meteors in an area

Lvl 13

  • Fel Armor. Fel Flame grants Spell Shield.
  • Harvest life. Increases healing from Drain Life.
  • Dark Bargain. Increases death respawn timer and health.
  • Healstone. Activate to heal.

Lvl 16:

  • Rampant Hellfire. Increases Fel Flame’s damage.
  • Ruinous affliction. Corruption deal bonus damage.
  • Darkness within. Gain ability power after using life tap.

Lvl 20:

  • Haunt. Increases duration and makes enemies vulnerable
  • Deep Impact. Rain of Destruction slows enemy Movement speed.
  • Demonic Circle. Summons a demonic circlethat you can teleport to.
